About Me

Hi, I’m Andrew Ells-O’Brien a Fully Licensed Journeyman Electrician. I’m based right here in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, and I focus on helping homeowners keep their electrical systems safe, reliable, and up to modern standards.

I didn’t become an electrician by accident. Early on, I was drawn to hands-on work and problem-solving—figuring out how things work, tracking down issues, and fixing them the right way. Electrical work clicked because it combines technical skill with real responsibility. When something is wired correctly, it protects families, homes, and everything inside them. That mattered to me from the start.

Over the years, I’ve worked in countless homes throughout Chelmsford and the surrounding communities, many of them older houses with aging wiring, undersized panels, and outdated safety features. I saw firsthand how often homeowners were left confused, pressured into unnecessary upgrades, or worried about what was actually safe. That experience shaped how I run my business today.

My approach is simple: be honest, explain the work clearly, and focus on safety and long-term reliability. I take the time to walk homeowners through what I’m seeing, what needs attention now, and what can be planned for later. If I wouldn’t recommend it for my own home, I won’t recommend it for yours.

As a licensed and insured Massachusetts electrician, I stay current with local and state electrical codes, pull permits when required, and take pride in clean, professional workmanship. I respect your home, your time, and your trust.

If you’re looking for a reliable residential electrician in Chelmsford, MA who values clear communication, quality work, and doing things right the first time, I’d be glad to help.
